Changes & Cancellations

We are very much aware that changes in itineraries are very common and abrupt and we will always make every effort to accommodate these changes.

We require:



• 2 hours notice to cancel a sedan or SUV to avoid charges
• 4 hours for Sprinter Vans to avoid charges
• Mini coaches 24 hours to avoid charges
• International markets outside North America require 24 hours’ notice to avoid charges
