Wait Time
Policies & Procedures
All chauffeurs are required to be on location a minimum of 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time at a home, hotel, business or venue and text the passenger.
For domestic & international airport arrivals, all flights are updated regularly within our software, our chauffeur’s software apps and by our management team. Chauffeurs are required be at the required meeting point, in baggage claim or curbside when the flight reaches the gate. Chauffeurs will then text their passengers with their location.
For FBO arrivals, chauffeurs are required to check-in and spot at the FBO 30 minutes prior to scheduled wheels down.
Changes & Cancellations
STC requires 2 hours prior notice to change or cancel an existing reservation for all sedan & SUV reservations, to avoid additional charges or be responsible for full rate charges. For Sprinters, STC requires 48 hours’ notice to change or cancel a booking.
For minibuses and full-sized coaches, STC requires 72 hours advance notice to avoid additional or full rate charges.
Waiting Time
A 15-minute grace period is offered on all trips. After the 15-minute grace has passed, charges will accrue in 15-minute increments based on the hourly rate for the reserved vehicle.
Events
It is common at concerts, sporting events and large venues, that roads are cordoned off before the end of the event. This inhibits a chauffeur’s ability to spot near the venue, making pickups inconvenient and long walks for our clients. Please keep in mind that this is out of our control. It’s also common that chauffeurs who spot early anticipating this potential issue, are forced to relocate by the local police or security. Parking passes, when available can alleviate this type situation but may require an hourly type of trip at additional cost.
